Duplaxil®

In adults:

• Prevention and treatment of uncomplicated malaria caused by species of Plasmodium sensitive to it, as an alternative to chloroquine (when first-line treatments are not suitable or unavailable).
• Symptomatic treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
• Treatment of discoid lupus erythematosus and systemic lupus erythematosus.
• Treatment of photodermatosis.

In adolescents (12 years and older) and children aged 6 to 11 years (ideal body weight ≥ 31 kg) for:

• Treatment of discoid lupus erythematosus.
• Treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.
• Treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (in combination with other treatments).
• Prevention and treatment of uncomplicated malaria caused by Plasmodium species sensitive to it, as an alternative to chloroquine (when first-line treatments are not suitable or unavailable).
