En base a aix\u00f2, l\u2019objectiu principal del projecte se centra en desenvolupar un nou enfocament terap\u00e8utic per al tractament del glioblastoma. Per tal d\u2019assolir-ho es plantegen els objectius espec\u00edfics seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establir una plataforma tecnol\u00f2gica basada en un model in vitro de glioblastoma a organoides cerebrals humans, mini-brains, per tal de replicar un model hum\u00e0 3D de glioblastoma.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Realitzar una prova de concepte basada en ter\u00e0pia fotodin\u00e0mica emprant mol\u00e8cules fotosensibilitzadores com a nous agents antitumorals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br>Els bons resultat obtinguts en les primeres fases de l\u2019estudi, publicats a la revista Cells1, han motiva la planificaci\u00f3 d\u2019una nova fase d\u2019estudi enfocada a estudiar la contribuci\u00f3 del microentorn del glioblastoma en la resposta a la ter\u00e0pia fotodin\u00e0mica en co-cultius d\u2019organoides cerebrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-Pedrosa L et al.&nbsp; Preclinical Studies with Glioblastoma Brain Organoid Co-Cultures Show Efficient 5-ALA Photodynamic Therapy.
