The Gebro team is currently made up of 150 people, qualified, empowered and committed, people who wake every morning with the same purpose: to find innovative solutions that improve the health and quality of life of our patients.
We are convinced that the most humane companies are the ones that give the best results. That is why we innovate, co-create, share, reinvent ourselves every day and of course we believe that old African proverb that says that person who goes furthest is the one who is able to gather many friends along the way.
We are an active part of the Factor Humà Foundation, an organization that promotes the humanization of companies for a better world. There we participate alongside colleagues such as Caixabank, El Celler de Can Roca, DKV and Everis among others (www.factorhuma.org)
Diverse, egalitarian and passionate about life and health – this is the team at Gebro’s helm. Sergi, Emma, Gustavo, Meritxell, José Luís and Isabel feel and take our leadership model wherever they go.
We give you a closer look into their more personal side
Our leaders generate the perfect balance between products, processes, technology and people. And for this to work we base our relationships on one of our most important assets: trust.
We overcome obstacles constructively, we seek the commitment of our partners and we assume the highest sense of responsibility.
Only individuals can bring the desire to enhance their talent and we provide an environment where learning multiplies and qualities shine. We seek to ensure that all our employees spend the best years of their professional life with us and that each one makes their mark in a spirit of authenticity and joy. We love diversity, multidisciplinary teams, and people who possess an open mind and outstretched hands.
If you share our values of Effort, Commitment, Kindness, Trust, Innovation and Long Vision, this is also your adventure!
